WatchFest ‘26 brought thirty-four nights to Decatur Square. Three headline concerts and eight FIFA World Cup matches at Mercedes-Benz Stadium, including the 15 July semifinal. Hundreds of thousands of people. WatchFest’s own materials told fans the same thing over and over: parking is extremely limited.

One block away sat empty asphalt.

The Fan Grounds is a three-sided marketplace built to close that gap in a single summer. Lot owners sign one access agreement and do nothing else. We bring staffing, insurance, equipment, signage, POS and settlements, and they collect on a schedule with a full report and photo documentation. Fans get the thing that’s actually worth paying for: VIP parking, golf-cart shuttles to the gates, a 360 photobooth, food, and street-level noise a block from the square. Brands get an activated lot with the crowd already standing in it.

Three sides, each with a different reason to show up, and none of them needing the other two to be convinced first. That’s the hard part of a marketplace and it’s the part I’d want to be judged on.
